equivalent. 3-5 years experience as Sous Chef or 1-3 years as Chef
de Cuisine in similar establishments. Ability to attain certified
food manager certification within 30 days. Strong communication
skills (verbal and written). Basic math and moderate computer
skills. Physical ability to handle kitchen equipment and lift up to
50 lbs. Ability to demonstrate culinary techniques and manage
kitchen machinery. Job Responsibilities: Build relationships with
guests, understanding their preferences and dietary needs. Develop
menus for all meal periods, ensuring consistency and quality.
Oversee kitchen sanitation, safety, and food safety compliance;
manage inspections. Manage culinary budget, controlling food costs,
payroll, and overall profitability. Monitor sales and inventory to
ensure budget compliance. Collaborate with Food & Beverage Director
and Executive Chef for menu innovation. Lead staff training and
mentorship in culinary skills and safety practices. Drive
engagement through marketing efforts, new menu ideas, and unique
dining experiences. Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and
health department compliance. Maintain high cleanliness standards
